1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wni7 ("wni7", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the wni7 online gaming platform available at wni7.net, including all associated games, sports betting markets, promotional programmes, cashier services, and customer support functions.

wni7 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform under international licensing standards. These Terms apply to all users accessing the wni7 platform from any location, including but not limited to players based in Karachi, Lahore, Islam abad, Faisalabad, and other cities across Pakistan.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form part of the contractual relationship between you and wni7.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created on the wni7 platform through which the Player accesses all gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any eligible bonus funds separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback amounts, or reward points granted to a Player under a wni7 promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "CNIC" means the Computerised National Identity Card issued by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) of Pakistan, used as the primary identity verification document on the wni7 platform.
• "Eligible Player" means a natural person who meets all eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, slot title, table game, or instant-win product made available through the wni7 platform.
• "Platform" means the wni7 website, mobile-optimised web interface, and any associated applications through which gaming and betting services are delivered.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a Player on a Game or sports event through the wni7 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total turnover of Wagers that must be completed before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on the wni7 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. wni7 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will request CNIC verification from all registering players. Providing false age information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of all balances.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other non-natural legal persons are not permitted to hold accounts on the wni7 platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid and active mobile number registered in Pakistan, and a valid email address.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended wni7 account. Each person is entitled to one account only. Registration of a second account while a first account exists — in any status — is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by wni7 or any affiliated responsible gaming scheme.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

4 Account Obligations

Upon successful registration, you assume full responsibility for all activity conducted through your wni7 Account. The following obligations apply to all registered Players:

• Credential Security: You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify wni7 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Information Accuracy: You must ensure that all personal information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date. You must notify wni7 of any changes to your contact details, payment method ownership, or identity documentation promptly.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your wni7 Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any other person. Wagers may only be placed by the registered account holder.
• Single Account: You may hold only one wni7 Account. If duplicate accounts are identified, wni7 will close all secondary accounts, void any associated bonuses or winnings, and may suspend the primary account pending investigation.
• Dormant Accounts: An account with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. wni7 reserves the right to apply a dormancy fee in accordance with its fee schedule, which will be communicated to the Player prior to application where possible.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the wni7 platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wni7 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is specified on the wni7 cashier page and is subject to change. Players will be notified of any changes prior to implementation.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the Player's Account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited within the same business day subject to the respective bank's processing times.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to fully verified accounts. A fully verified account is one that has completed CNIC verification, mobile number verification, and payment method ownership verification.
• Withdrawal Processing: wni7 processes withdrawal requests for verified accounts on the same calendar day for requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff time. Requests submitted after the cutoff are processed on the next business day. Actual receipt of funds is subject to the payment provider's own processing timelines.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method from which the deposit originated, wherever technically possible. wni7 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to new payment methods.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is specified on the cashier page. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Wagering Requirement: Funds derived from Bonus credits are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once are subject to a standard processing review before withdrawal.
• Transaction Fees: wni7 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side. However, payment providers may apply their own transaction fees which are the responsibility of the Player.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

wni7 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and Super Wheel prizes. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms and conditions. Players should review promotion-specific terms before opting in.
• Bonus funds are held in a separate bonus balance and may only be used for wagering on the wni7 platform. Bonus funds cannot be directly withdrawn.
• Only Wagers placed with real-money funds count toward fulfilment of a wagering requirement unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Different Games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, sports bets, and table games may each carry a different wagering contribution percentage as specified in the promotion terms.
• wni7 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions already accepted by Players will be honoured under the terms active at the time of acceptance.
• Promotional abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other Players to satisfy wagering requirements — will result in immediate bonus cancellation and may result in permanent account suspension.
• All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain in the bonus balance after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

7 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all wni7 gaming and sports betting products:

• All Wagers are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players are responsible for verifying bet details before confirmation. Requests to cancel or amend confirmed Wagers will not be accepted except in circumstances where wni7 determines, at its sole discretion, that a manifest technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error in sports betting markets — including but not limited to incorrect odds resulting from data feed errors — wni7 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return the staked amount to the Player's Account balance.
• Sports betting markets are subject to applicable sporting body rules, competition regulations, and event-specific settlement protocols. In the event of event cancellation, postponement beyond the specified settlement window, or abandonment, wni7's settlement rules as published in the relevant sport's terms will apply.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time by wni7 at its discretion, including during live play or in response to significant events during a match. Wagers accepted prior to a suspension are valid and will be settled in accordance with normal rules.
• wni7 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, at any time, and for any Player, without providing a reason.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or by real dealer outcomes in live casino games. wni7 does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner beyond the published house edge for each game.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wni7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registration using false, misleading, or another person's identity information, including forged or altered CNIC documents.
• Holding more than one wni7 Account simultaneously or at any time following a previous account closure.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI agents, or any mechanical or electronic aid to place Wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with natural human play.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any Game or market, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated sports betting to exploit pricing errors.
• Systematic exploitation of promotional offers across multiple accounts or through coordinated activity with other Players.
• Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Engaging in any transaction on the wni7 Platform that is connected to the proceeds of criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
• Using the Platform's chat or communication features to harass, threaten, or abuse other Players or wni7 staff.
• Attempting to withdraw funds that have not cleared applicable wagering requirements or that are otherwise ineligible for withdrawal at the time of the request.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the wni7 platform — including but not limited to the wni7 brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of wni7 or its licensors and is protected under applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wni7 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or software forming part of the wni7 platform without the express prior written consent of wni7.

Any unauthorised use of wni7 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by wni7 and its licensors.

10 Privacy & Data

wni7 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its Players. The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the wni7 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on the wni7 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, transaction processing, customer support, and regulatory compliance.

wni7 will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processing partners, identity verification providers, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or by the terms of wni7's licensing obligations.

11 Responsible Gaming

wni7 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible directly from the account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that restrict the total amount a Player may deposit within the specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated alerts that notify Players when a pre-set session duration has been reached.
• Loss Limits: A maximum loss threshold that, once reached, prevents further Wagers for the remainder of the set period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which no deposits or Wagers may be placed.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wni7 and its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the wni7 platform.

wni7 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wni7 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In no event shall wni7's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wni7 shall not be liable for delays, failures, or interruptions in Platform availability resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications network failures, internet service provider outages, or cyber-attacks.

13 Amendments to These Terms

wni7 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, wni7 will notify registered Players via the email address on record and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect any changes.

Your continued use of the wni7 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under wni7's international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the wni7 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through wni7's internal complaints procedure as described below.

Internal Complaints Procedure: All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Account Username]". wni7 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal procedure to the Player's reasonable satisfaction, the Player may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated under wni7's licensing framework. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from the wni7 support team.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under consumer protection legislation applicable in your jurisdiction.
